Wholeness Help Groups are process groups led by professionally trained staff. Connect with others growing in wholeness by discussing recovery content, learning new practices, and offering accountability. The greatest growth happens in safe community. Each group meets for 90-120 minutes depending on the group size. Maximum of 8 individuals per group.
